JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.At JLL we have a great commitment to diversity, which is why we promote the inclusion of all people on equal terms; that is, we do not discriminate based on disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, race, ethnic group, religion, and/or physical appearance.**Benefits to eligible employees, include**:Life insuranceAnnual Performance Bonus.Online platform with certified courses for professional development.Major Medical Expenses InsuranceFood CouponsSaving FundWhat this job involves Review, reconcile and verify invoices within the timeframe specified by accountingReview and approve line item timesheet entries of all team members for proper charging to projectsFollow-up with client on delinquent payment of invoices with a goal of zero 60+ day accounts receivablesPrepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.Assure completeness of all JLL internal and client project administrative close-out activities**Location**: CDMX**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.**Work model**: On siteWhat is your day to day?Manage all relocation activities on account or for specific projects; incorporating and creating “best practices” as possibleEnsure all relocation activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client’s and JLL's policies and proceduresEnsure operations manual is in place and updated (on account)Provide a single point of contact for all relocation project activities for client, regularly update client with updates to scope, schedule, and budget as necessaryFacilitate and document project meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholdersDevelop and implement relocation project plan and budget through collaboration with the facility manager, project manager and construction manager; as required Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor RFP, bidding process, evaluate proposals and recommend selection of vendor/contractorManage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy informationDevelop and deliver required project specific reporting, and BI surveysCoordinate schedule, budget and scope as necessary with various service providers (IT, VTS, Construction and Associate Relocations and Furniture Installation contractor, etc.)Determine the pricing for any non-baseline work requested (i.e. construction-related needs, furniture reconfigurations, people relocations that exceed baseline parameters, etc.)Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions, organize move orientations, and resolve post-move issuesAny and all other duties and tasks assigned.Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice.Desired experience and technical skills4 - 6 years of facility, project or construction related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment Background in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirableMinimum 2 years as Relocation Project Manager or related experienceProficient in a CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management systemHas successfully managed relocations of over 1000 employeesOrganizational skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyStrong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning conceptsAbility to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, Scheduling and Change ordersPrevious experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating several Relocation Managers at various levels within the organization/teamCapacity to deal with ambiguity and address complex problemsPersonalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.About JLL- We’re JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
