At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.What you´ll do**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.- Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.- Write and maintain technical documentation for software solutions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system.- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Implement best practices for software development including testing version control and continuous integration.- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow in their roles.- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.**Qualifications**- Must have strong experience with AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL.- Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.- Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills for reading writing and speaking.- Should have experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain (nice to have).- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.- Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.- Should have a passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.- Must have experience with version control systems like Git.- Should have a good understanding of software security and data protection principles.- Must be able to write clean maintainable and efficient code.- Should have experience with agile development methodologies.- Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
