Your Role and Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to MuleSoft, including but not limited to, API connectivity, data transformation, and workflows.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to assist customers and internal teams.
• Rotating work schedule, which involves working 5 days a week with the possibility of including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience working with MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of MuleSoft architecture and components.
• Experience with MuleSoft development, including APIs, connectors, flows, and routers.
• Manages APIs and integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services protocols.
• Fair knowledge of Integration patterns and MuleSoft Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with MuleSoft CloudHub and other cloud implementations.
    • Knowledge in monitoring and API management tools.
    • MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer).
    • Advanced scripting skills for automation (e.g. Python or Shell).
    • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in agile methodologies and technical project management.
