Currently enrolled in penultimate year (graduating ) of a bachelor's degree**Experience with one programming language**: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++**Experience with two or more of**: networking fundamentals, security, databases (relational/NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows)Amazon Web Services (AWS), a global leader in Cloud Computing, is seeking talented interns for our Professional Services Internship program. This unique opportunity allows you to play a key role in delivering value to AWS customers ranging from startups to global enterprises, while gaining invaluable industry experience.As a Professional Services intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in cloud computing, develop business acumen, and immerse yourself in Amazon's unique culture. The program includes project work, AWS Cloud Practitioner certification opportunities, and professional development events.Key job responsibilitiesGain hands-on experience in cloud computing technologies and practicesWork on real-world projects for AWS customers of various sizes and industriesDevelop business acumen and learn about Amazon's unique culturePursue AWS Cloud Practitioner certificationAttend professional development events and training sessionsPartner with customers and AWS teams to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architecturesWork with various technologies including networking, security, databases, and operating systemsAdapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate with team members and potentially present technical solutions to audiencesContribute to the software development lifecycle using agile methodologiesGain experience with AWS services and potentially work on infrastructure as codeEnrolled in business or Engineering-related fields (computer science, engineering, IT)Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesKnowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, S3)Basic experience with AWS cloud environment setupExperience with infrastructure as code and automation toolsStrong communication skillsAbility to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
