Overview As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will report into the Senior Manager, Workplace Experience EMEA+ and keep the Mexico City offices rolling while cultivating a space where all Rioters can thrive. Responsibilities Assist the EMEA+ Senior Manager, Workplace Experience in all aspects of office management and program management. Serve as the first point of contact for the Mexico City offices. Implement and maintain local best practices, being accountable for the overall inner-workings of the Mexico City office. Act as a member of the office build project team across EMEA+. Create and implement induction and onboarding programs aligned with Workplace Experience. Assist the EMEA+ Workplace Experience Senior Manager with pan-EMEA+ protocols and ensure standards are aligned across the region. Establish relationships and own the management of external vendors for Building Operations, Security and Maintenance. Ensure the office is Health & Safety compliant. Liaise with Rioters on their space needs and make changes to accommodate space needs of teams as required. Manage the day‑to‑day work of the local in‑house contractor team. Maintain good working relationships with the building landlord/service manager and key suppliers and contractors relative to Workplace Experience. Coordinate travel arrangements for Rioters and groups and manage relationships with external travel management companies. Support and organize office events and provide logistic support for meetings and office‑wide events. Requirements Verbal and written Spanish and English skills. At least five years of experience working behind the scenes to keep an office running smoothly. Ability to make decisions that impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend solutions and improvements. Ability to solve problems requiring self‑judgment and evaluate identifiable factors. Ability to operate independently and proactively with little instruction. Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of organizational proficiency and initiative. Bonus Requirements Basic knowledge of IT, desktop support and server rooms. Resolve issues with software or hardware. Basic ticketing experience with systems such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow or Zendesk. Set up IT desk for new hires.
