Supports accounting and reporting matters to business/reporting units through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement reviews and preparation, as well as follow-up on accounting issues. Support preparation of financial reports in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.**This position reports to**:Finance Delivery Manager - GA**Your responsibilities**:- Coordinate audits on the accounting and reporting issues.- Conducts investigations and reconciliation of accounting transaction as necessary and facilitates resolution of accounting and reporting issues.- Contributes to definition, implementation and improvement of accounting policies relevant to area and level of expertise- Follow-up and punctual deliveries of documentation to audit.- Audit follow-up meetings with stakeholders- Executes established audit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ABB Group policies and local instructions (where applicable?- Performs quality checks on financial reporting data submitted by the units, including analytical review of major fluctuations.- Participates in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes and tools.**Your background**:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, or related.- 5+ years of experience in audit positions.- Sound knowledge of analysis and creation financial statements, project management, general accounting.- Knowledge of Excel and SAP.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- English Advanced Level.**More about us**:
