Chief of staff purpose Be an enabler, make sure everyone has the right tools and guidance to thrive and move. Be a mover, make sure projects move from point a to point be in time & budget What you'll do Support and anticipate: direct assistance to CEO & Chairman Investor relations liaison: prepare & organize investor, board, and leadership meeting Manage strategic projects: logistics, agenda, project coordination, hold team accountable and drive change by supporting each area in key project management Design and execute our way of work & tell us what's happening: company-building, team initiatives such as work methodologies, update on birthdays, recruitment, HR, onboarding, company culture, SWAG etc. Supervise our playing field: office is ready to go (IT, supplies, staff supervision & routines, zoom, etc.) What you'll need 2+ years of relevant experience, including areas such as innovation consulting, management consulting, entrepreneurship, project management, or human resources. Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and facilitate at the executive level. Advanced knowledge in accounting and finance Structured & Curious Fluency in English and Spanish A track record of lifelong learning Innovative and creative mindset Do it right: passion to get things done right.
