ø Main responsibilities:1. Lead the operation team to undertake customers' customs clearance, warehousing, delivery and other service needs in Mexico;2. Coordinate and deal with the cooperation between external and internal operation links, and solve problems or risks in business links in a timely manner.3. Sort out the company's business processes and service standards, and conducted business training, echelon training and workflow management for the operation team;4. Implement process monitoring, emergency problem handling and risk prevention based on the company's process specifications;5. Maintain, manage and evaluate existing suppliers of the company, develop supplier resources according to customers' business development strategy, and improve the company's service capability and quality;ø Job Requirements1. Education required: College and above2. 2-3 years related working experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or local customs clearance, transportation, storage services, team management experience is a plus3. Language skills: English + Spanish, Chinese is a plus4. Comprehensive ability: strong awareness of service and risk management, attention to details, good at service solutions based on service requirements5.
