**Economical Support**: $5,000 - $7,000**Location**: Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, Colonia Nueva Castilla, General Escobedo, Nuevo Leon 66052 Mexico**Work hours**:12:30 - 5:30pm**OVERVIEW**:Working as Part-Time Distribution Center Help Desk, you will provide assistance to Fastenal branches by responding to help desk calls related to orders and/or products. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, General Escobedo, NL 66052.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Retrieving product for walk in customers at our distribution center- Complying with safety regulations**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Proficient written and oral communication skills- Proficient computer skills- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English**ABOUT US**:Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with approximately 3,200 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
