**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a SysOps Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**5+ years of relevant experience**- **Good Java background, Software Delivery and Deployment engineering**:- **Practical experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes/ECS)**:- **Expertise with AWS (e.g. IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda)**:- **Version control system experience (e.g. Git)**:- **Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation)**:- **Experience maintaining and deploying highly-available, fault-tolerant systems at scale**:- **Experience owning infrastructure in production, as well as designing and creating build/deploy & monitoring systems**:- **Responsible for deploying code and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running**:- **Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)**:- **Mentoring and guiding the team members****Required Skills**:- **Hands-on knowledge on CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Sonar, JFrog etc**:- **AWS DevOps Certified - Preferred, not mandatory**:- **Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles**:- **Excellent communication and servant leadership skills**:- **Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability**:- **Bachelor or master's degree in CS, or equivalent practical experience**About NTT DATA Services****_NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
