Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:UST Global Mexico is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join our team, responsible responsibilities for MEXICO & CR Onboard, new employees and conducts orientations Arranges office visits, engagement activities Manage labor relations Work for the betterment of the workspace environment, etc.**The Opportunity**:Under mínimal supervision, perform various operational tasks related to employee life cycle such as but not limited to new hire on-boarding, policies and procedures, HR compliance, resolution of employee queries, and benefits administration.- An individual contributor to a subsystem in HR like compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, HR systems- Assist SME teams in successfully carrying out various Talent Management activities- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned within prescribed SLAs following guidelines- Guide A1 and A2 Associates in the team to perform their responsibilities- Perform other duties as assigned or requested**What you need**:- Good English Communication skills- 3+ years of Experience as Generalist- Knowledge in Ley Federal del Trabajo- Experience in Engagement activities- Experience in Onboarding sessions- Good Understanding of Onboarding documentation Audits- IMSS knowledge**What we believe**:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
