No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**:Drive business growth through building revenue management (RM) and demand accelerator (DX) capabilities within franchise operations in LAB MEXYour Impact as **Revenue Mgmt Manager** your scope would consist of- Set commercial strategy (RM/DX)- Track performance of commercial initiatives (RM/DX)- Build growth/commercial capabilities in the organization (Tools/Processes/People Skills) By Function: Revenue Management- Identify business Growth Pools for all categories/countries- Evolve Pack Price Architecture definition process- Implement Mix Management projects/processes to maximize NR- Implement Trade Management projects/processes to optimize STB/A&M allocation By Function: Demmand Accelerator- Assess Segmentation & Prioritization and recommend re-alignment actions plans- Evolve Shopper Value Offer diagnosis/recommendation process- Implement Retailer Value Offer improvement projects/ processes- Set/Track Picture Of Growth process, while optimizing commercial levers combo- Implement Execution Tracking projects/processes/toolsQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economy, Industrial Engineer or related.- Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Economy related (Nice to have).- Advance English- 10+ years of experience in consumer goods, preferred in franchise business model- 10+ years of experience leading multifunctional programs or projects.- Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Revenue Management in the food or beverage industry- Knowledge in commercial operations (channels, customers, attention models, segmentation, execution) in consumer goods industries- Ability to lead a remote or matrix teams, providing motivation and clear direction.
