Polanco | In-house preferred Industry: Luxury Wellness / High-End Services We are looking for a Content & Performance Strategist to own the planning, execution, and performance of our content and paid media efforts. This is not a community management role and not a junior position. We are looking for someone who can take high-level ideas from the founders and turn them into structured campaigns, content, and paid media that perform , while maintaining a refined, luxury brand aesthetic. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, creative, and performance , working closely with the owners and directing creative execution. ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (and TikTok where applicable); past experience managing large marketing budgets preferred . Translate ideas from the founders into fully developed campaigns , including posts, videos, ads, and creative angles. Plan content in advance , building and maintaining a clear content calendar and campaign schedule. Clearly distinguish between content built for conversion , brand awareness , and authority , and execute accordingly. Direct the photographer and creative execution, including shot lists, formats, hooks, and ad-specific assets. Edit short-form video and posts (especially in the initial phase) to bring ideas to life with a polished, luxury aesthetic . Analyze performance reports and confidently identify what is working, what is not, and why. Continuously test creatives, formats, messaging, and audiences to improve performance over time. Ensure all content and paid media aligns with a high-end positioning suitable for HNWI audiences in Mexico City. Required Experience & SkillsStrong experience reading and interpreting performance reports and making data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to execution. Experience planning content strategically (not posting reactively). Hands-on ability to edit videos and posts to a high standard. Highly organized, autonomous, and able to execute against a plan. Comfortable working directly with founders and turning vision into execution. Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred ExperienceExperience working with luxury or premium brands . Understanding of how to market to high-net-worth individuals , particularly in Mexico City. Experience balancing brand positioning with performance marketing. What This Role Is NotThis is not a community management role. This role does not focus on replying to DMs or comments. This is not a junior or “learn on the job” position. This is not a Canva-only content role. Salary starting at 25,000 mxn monthly NET, with room to grow. Perk: use of the exclusive gym during off peak hours. Private Medical Insurance included.
