Ensure project documentation and artifacts are standardized and easily accessible. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies early in the lifecycle. Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution across teams. Collaborate with AI/ML teams on data preparation, experimentation, and deployment workflows. Translate technical concepts for non‑technical business stakeholders to support AI‑driven initiatives. Must Have Qualifications 5+ years managing IT or software development projects across the full SDLC. Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration. Hands‑on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, or similar platforms). Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, risk, and distributed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
