About DualEntry Founded in ****, DualEntry is a NYC AI startup changing the future of finance. Our AI-native ERP helps businesses from $5M ARR to NYSE-listed companies automate busywork and fuel growth with powerful reporting and insights. We make the one-person finance team a reality and eliminate legacy ERP pain for the ****s. We operate with urgency and ownership and move fast. Location Remote – available across all countries with 4+ hr overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ). Where you'll create impact Own end-to-end recruiting across product, GTM, and leadership roles. Build and deliver a high‑velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events. Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning. Solve complex talent challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution. Drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth. Build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up. What sets you up for success 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth startups. Proven track record sourcing and closing top GTM and product talent. Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics. Practical, high‑speed recruiting approach with strong ownership. Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems. Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
