An ideal Financial Analyst is a positive, hands- on, self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsive person with strong problem-solving and communication skills.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company, collaborating closely with industry-leading professionals, gaining exposure to diverse projects, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.**What You'll Do**:- Prepare monthly business reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets in partnership with the team and our clients.- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic business decisions for us and our clients.- Present recommendations to us and our clients regarding financial objectives and policies.- Work on bookkeeping and reporting for us, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks online.- Create standardized reporting packages for all clients.- Train inexperienced staff as needed.- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.**What You Need**:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst.- Excel financial modeling skills and experience.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel- Ability to work and deal with people at various levels and of diverse backgrounds.- Proactive and self-motivated; excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and curious.- Capable of working directly with our clients on their financial projects as required.- Must own a newer model computer (2019 or newer) and have reliable internet access.- Minimum 1 years’ experience using QuickBooks Online.- Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.- Familiarity with hourly timekeeping systems like Clockify.**Salary & Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.- The Financial Analyst will sign a contractor agreement and will be paid monthly in local currency ($R).- Work from home.- Monday through Friday, 8/9am to 5/6pm - PST.
