Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.**Missions**- Missions- KPI and/or main deliverables- “Definir funciones, responsabilidades, objetivos, así como el cumplimiento de éstos para con el personal a su cargo con la finalidad y obligación de mantener los equipos en óptimas condiciones para su operación requerida, las cuales propicien y faciliten la obtención de las metas de producción dentro de los estándares establecidos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.Planeación y desarrollo de los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos a los equipos de producción.Colaborar con MRO en el seguimiento de inventarios de refacciones de maquinaria y equipo”.- Afectación al OEE- MTTR- MTBF- Seguridad (Cero Accidentes) / Lost Time Incident Rate- Cumplimiento al 100% del programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo- Optimización del Tiempo Extra- Control de Presupuesto- Control de Inventarios en MRO**Activities**- Liderar a su equipo de trabajo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Mantenimiento a través de:- Establecer y mantener la seguridad y medio ambiente laboral de OPSLP y de su equipo de trabajo.- Tener la capacidad de visualizar y detectar fallas no comunes dentro de los sistemas de líneas productivas, así como la de una reparación definitiva creando un informe por escrito y hacerlo llegar al resto de los integrantes del departamento, que se convertirá en una instrucción de trabajo que servirá para atacar el problema en caso de repetición de ésta.- Elaboración y seguimiento de los reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales para los indicadores de Mantenimiento.- Análisis y seguimiento de causa raíz para soluciones definitivas en las fallas repetitivas o mayores de los equipos y máquinas de producción.- Administración y seguimiento a las actividades de mantenimiento de los equipos de servicios a planta (Compresores de Aire, Torres de Enfriamiento, Chillers, Subestaciones Eléctricas, Colectores de Polvo, etc.)- Elaboración y desarrollo de rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo en colaboración con el Administrador de MP9.- Administración, control y seguimiento a las órdenes de trabajo de los mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos en conjunto con el Administrador de MP9.- Responsable del seguimiento de inventarios, máximos, mínimos y punto de reorden de las refacciones para maquinaria y equipos de producción en colaboración con MRO.- Realización de indicadores de órdenes de trabajo de MP programadas contra ejecutadas.- Control y estadística del consumo de refacciones frecuentes para su análisis y control de inventarios en conjunto con MRO.- Administrar y eficientizar los recursos que designe OPSLP.- Cotizar refacciones nacionales y en el extranjero, elaborar tabla comparativa de costos en coordinación y colaboración con el área de Compras.- Generación y seguimiento de ERP´s de refacciones para maquinaria y equipo de POSLP.- Cargar y actualizar equipos, refacciones y órdenes de trabajo en el sistema MP9 en colaboración con el Administrador del mencionado sistema.- Elaborar lista máster de materiales, refacciones y herramientas para Mantenimiento.- Control de los equipos de la planta mediante el cumplimiento de IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001.- Mantener en buenas condiciones y el control de los Manuales Técnicos, Dibujos, Diagramas e información documentada de maquinaria y equipo instalados en OPSLP.- Junto con el Administrador de MP9, agendar reuniones con los departamentos de Producción y Planeación de Producción para la negociación de las ventanas de tiempo en maquinaria y equipo para la ejecución de los trabajos de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Predictivo y/o Correctivo según aplique la calendarización de las actividades mencionadas.- Control y optimización del presupuesto de Mantenimiento a través de mejores pr
