This includes a network core of Cisco Nexus 9300 switching in it's primary data centers using VXLAN. This is a global network recently migrated to SDWAN using cisco viptela and extends to Europe and Latin America. This position is the senior technical leader and mentor. BGP is the primary routing protocol in use today. This network also connects to MS Azure and GCP. We formerly used CISCO ACI and now use VXLAN in our current network core routing deployment.**Schedule: This is a Monday-Friday day position, 60% office - 40% home office. This role is based on Mexico City being part of a Global Team. Working in an Easten Time Zone (US & Canada).****What will you do as a NETWORK ENGINEER III at Dawn Foods?**:- Deployment and Configuration: Plan, execute, and manage Office 365 deployments and upgrades, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health and performance of Office 365 services, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Office 365 solutions with business needs and enhance overall organizational efficiency.- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their productivity with Office 365 tools.**What does it take to be a NETWORK ENGINEER III at Dawn Foods**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science- Advanced English is essential for the role- Microsoft or Linux certifications (MCSA, MCP, etc)- Training or certifications in areas like Vmware, Intune or others- Experience: 2 years of experience in Office 365 administration and server engineering.- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Office 365 suite, PowerShell scripting, Azure AD, Viva engage, Intune, Co Pilot, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.- On Premise exchange skills. Skills with management of Microsoft servers and clients.- Skills with administration and support of Ai products like Microsoft Co Pilot.- Server adminstration of both Windows and Linux.- Knowledge in automation solutions similar to Ancible.- Knowledge in asset management solutions similar to Lansweeper.- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.- Communication: Clear communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee small projects or technology roll outs.- Collaboration: Working effectively with telephony providers, third-party vendors, and other IT teams.- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.- #LI-RH1- #LI-HybridAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
