5+ years of program or project management experience. - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership. - Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience. - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (C1+)- to- end ownership of... well... everything within your grasp - Strategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and problem resolution - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard - Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers - Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions - Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation - Utilize exceptional problem- solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences - Plan and organize multiple stakeholders with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network - Analytical outputs based on data driven decisions are expected to impact the network - Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
