**Purpose of the position**:Apoyar y garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de Trade digital, conciliación de cifras con proveedores digitales, actualización de información semanal de las ordenaciones, actualización de presupuesto y análisis de oportunidades que se traduzca en mayor revenue para dentsu.**Key responsibilities**:- Seguimiento de conciliaciones de formas periódicas con los medios- Capacidad demostrada para utilizar datos y métricas para entender oportunidades de negocio- Organización y mantención de contratos y documentos requeridos con nuestros proveedores digitales.- Comunicación con el área de Trade para revisar oportunidades en conjunto.- Cruce de actividades dentro de workfront.- Trabajar en equipo para asegurar que los esfuerzos de desarrollo funcional y contenido sean construidos para satisfacer las necesidades más amplias de la empresa.- Garantizar la generación correcta de los reportes automatizados junto con el análisis de resultados- Crear y preparar un repositorio de documentos.- Identificar oportunidades para la optimización de procesos, el rediseño de procesos o el desarrollo de nuevos procesos / políticas.- Desarrollo de proyectos que permitan la automatización e integración de data y procesos de los clientes internos y externos- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la operación y sus procesos (Compra, Reportes, Análisis e Inversión).- Reporte de cumplimiento de objetivos y seguimiento al head of Data Driven Media de forma periódica.**Minimum requirements**:- Licenciatura concluida- Mínimo 2-3 años de experiência- Excel avanzado (macros)- Inglés: no se requiere- Bases de datos**Tools/Software**- Advertmind- SQL (es un plus)
