We combine meaningful design, an entrepreneurial spirit, a dedication to improving accessibility for all, and responsible business growth to make things that matter - to people, to communities, and to the world we live in.We are proud that our products touch the lives of more than a billion people every day but believe we have the potential to do so much more.Overview:- Budget implementation and optimization of paid automated campaigns.- Administrate keywords and better destination pages, through AB testing and data analysis.- Identify trends and information to create strategic campaigns.- Suggest new KPIs and optimize spend- Understand customer journeys and have experience with Omni channel marketing platforms.- Digest information and make sense of business strategies with our BI teams.**Responsibilities**:- Generate and execute monthly strategies with realistic KPIs and work towards the optimization of teams and digital ecosystem.- Constantly measure and evaluate results of digital investment in the specific projects managed and keep up to date reports in synergy with our business intelligence teams- Make cross relation of data and provide insights that provide our creative teams with functional ideas- Participate in P&L Reporting with finance teams.- Generate foresight through forecast reports that consider all market trends.Qualifications:- University degree in data science, Marketing, Digital Business, Business Engineering. Master’s degree in innovation is a plus.- Entrepreneurial background- 1-3 years of experience mandatory, in digital/performance marketing or in business intelligence.- Mandatory experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Bing Ads.- Proven experience in campaign management, budget control based on data analytics.- Easy to talk to, preferably speaks Spanish, and English
