Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.Now we are looking for this position:**Quaker Innovation Jr. Manager LATAM****Main purpose**The role of the Quaker Innovation manager will consist on helpling countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, deploy products in existing platforms, develop the tools needed to have a successful implementation and communication of such products and also participate, with the direction of the Sr. Quaker Innovation Manager, in the development of new platforms for the region.Responsibilities include developing and executing a consumer-driven pipeline of incremental innovation. This poistion will collaborate closely with the cross-functional team in different countries in LATAM region to help lead different aspects of short-term and long-term innovation strategies including opportunity identification, concept development, pipeline prioritization, commercialization, project management, and innovation activation**Accountabilities**- Lead short-term and long-term Quaker portfolio innovation implementation and develop incremental ideas to grow the brands’ penetration and occasions in the region- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver annual innovation plans and step-change innovation in LATAM: o Insights - leverage consumer, category, and customer insights- R&D - product development, front-end innovation- Sales - best in class sell-in and execution of innovation across all relevant Channels- Finance - work to develop innovations that are financiall feasible and margin accretive- Local Brand Marketing/ Activation/Shopper Marketing - impactful consumer-driven programs to drive innovation trial & repurchase- Influence key stakeholders across the region via data and insights- Partner across the organization with Latam Quaker teams to fully realize the portfolio’s potential**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Skills / Experience**- 5+ years of prior marketing experience- Prior experience leading projects with cross-functional teams- Proven track record of understanding consumer insights and translating them into effective solutions like product innovation pipelines and marketing programs- A passion for understanding consumer behavior and an ability to translate trends and insights into platform and product ideas that uniquely satisfy unmet needs- Open to deal with ambiguity, creative-thinking and problem-solving- Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to sell-in ideas internally across the organization and to senior leadership- Ability to keep others engaged and accountable while delivering results flawlessly and on-time- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
