Finance Analyst

As a Senior Finance Analyst at Linares plant, you will be able to explain the cost components, perform a financial analysis and give recommendations to ensure that the cost of the product remains within budget.Develop the budget for each year and at the same time review the current budget, identify material variations by volume, use, prices, etc.Being the owner of the Factory Expense, that means monitoring and controlling expenses, understanding the fixed and variable variations.Ensure plant compliance with the 404 process and internal controls..**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Develop Annual Budget- End of Period Activities- Cost Projections: Analyze and validate the total cost of the products.- Give visibility to Factory Expenditure.- Costs of new SKUs: Analyze and validate price changes in food innovations.- Internal Control Activities and Audits- Determine ITCO charges for Day 2 for materials, tests, etc.- Ensure timely payment of servicesYOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS- Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration, Internal Control or other related field.- 3-4 minimum years of work experience in general ledger, bank account reconciliation, supplier assistance- Fluent Skills for PC, Excel, Word, etc.- Financial Analysis Capability- Accounting, Information and Business Systems- Leadership, Communication and Teamwork Skills.- English: Advanced**WHAT’S NEXT****ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
