Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryPara apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Industrial Engineer ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.Cómo es un día típico:- Proporciona estimación de tiempo de proceso al equipo de cotización.- Simula el proceso, los materiales y el flujo de trabajo de fabricación y proporciona información al ingeniero de procesos utilizando REFA, MOST, WITNESS o las herramientas adecuadas.- Durante el NPI, coordina la planificación y la configuración del proceso con respecto a la cadencia, el tiempo de ciclo y los requisitos de mano de obra directa.- Revisa los resultados durante el prototipado y las pruebas de funcionamiento e informa al equipo de NPI y de ventas.- Analiza los programas de medición del trabajo y las muestras de trabajo para desarrollar normas de utilización de la mano de obra.- Analiza la utilización de la mano de obra, la disposición de las instalaciones y los datos operativos, como los costes de producción, los diagramas de flujo de los procesos y los programas de producción, para determinar la utilización eficaz de los trabajadores y los equipos.- Recomienda métodos para mejorar la eficiencia de los trabajadores y reducir el despilfarro de materiales y servicios, como la reestructuración de las tareas, la reorganización del flujo de trabajo, la reubicación de puestos de trabajo y equipos y la adquisición de equipos.- Coordinar grupos de trabajo.- Participa de manera activa en juntas de CFT.Experiência que buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo:- Ingeniería o Licenciatura concluida.- Experiência en Lean Manufacturing.- Experiência preferente en Metalmecanica.- Conocimientos en AutoCAD.- Experiência con Facilities y Mass prodution.- Experiência en Manejo de Project.- Conocimiento y experiência en la gestión de layouts.- Conocimientos en RAPTOR.- Excel intermedio- avanzado.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.Lo que recibirás por el gran trabajo que proporciones:- Salario Competitivo.- Seguro médico y de vida.- Aguinaldo.- Vales de Comida.- Fondo de Ahorro.YG20Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
