DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Marketing Intern to join our team; Go to Market Supply team.This team is responsible for planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing the channel experience for drivers. As a marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience and learn new skills that will help you jumpstart your career in marketing.Role Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance the drivers channel experience for drivers.- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategies across various channels, including use of WhatsApp Business, data anlytics and insights understanding.- Support the creation and distribution of marketing request that will help other business units to communicate in a abtter way.- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support the development of marketing strategies.- Assist in organizing events and promotions that drive awareness and engagement among drivers.- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to make recommendations for optimization.- Provide support to the product team in creating and updating product documentation, including user guides and tutorials.Role Qualifications:- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, business, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
