As part of an international tech company, we offer a collaborative and inclusive environment where your ideas matter and your growth is our priority.**Responsibilities**:We are currently looking for a **DevOps Engineer** with a strong background in **AWS** to join our growing team. If you're excited about writing clean code, solving complex problems, and working with a global team — this is for you**Key Responsibilities**:- Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS (EC2, Fargate, S3, etc.)- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing- Implement observability tools (logging, metrics, alerts)- Collaborate with developers to ensure reliability and uptime**Qualifications**:- 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience- Strong AWS expertise, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation)- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS)- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch)- Prior experience with automated infrastructure scaling and cost optimization- Security-first mindset; understanding of IAM, networking, and access policies**Nice to Have**:- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.**Benefits and Perks**:**Location**:Guadalajara,**Jalisco, Mexico (working from home - office won't be mandatory all the time, rather it will required from time to time).
