Objetivo del Puesto: Realizar análisis técnicos de fallas en productos y procesos metalmecánicos, asegurando la integridad y funcionalidad de las uniones metálicas, componentes y fixturas. Contribuir al desarrollo, instalación y mejora continua de componentes mecánicos, procesos de soldadura y pruebas específicas de producto, garantizando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas y de calidad establecidas. Responsabilidades Principales: Analizar fallas en productos metálicos, uniones y deformaciones para identificar causas raíz y proponer acciones correctivas. Realizar y supervisar pruebas específicas a producto para evaluar desempeño, resistencia y confiabilidad. Dar seguimiento al producto durante su proceso de producción, asegurando la correcta aplicación de especificaciones y estándares de calidad. Desarrollar y diseñar fixturas para procesos de manufactura y pruebas. Desarrollar e instalar componentes mecánicos, asegurando su funcionalidad y compatibilidad con los procesos productivos. Evaluar y optimizar procesos de soldadura (TIG, MIG, Brazing, al vacío, en horno continuo, etc.) y otras operaciones metalmecánicas como estampado y troquelado. Documentar resultados de análisis, cambios de producto y especificaciones técnicas. Colaborar con las áreas de producción, calidad y diseño para implementar mejoras de producto y proceso. Requisitos del Puesto: Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o de Materiales. Experiencia: Amplia experiencia en procesos de metalmecánica. Experiencia práctica en soldadura de acero inoxidable y cobre , procesos de brazing , soldadura al vacío y horno continuo . Conocimiento en propiedades de metales (acero inoxidable, cobre, entre otros). Experiencia en estampado, troquelado y pruebas mecánicas de resistencia . Experiencia en seguimiento de producto en producción y cambios de proceso . Conocimientos Técnicos: Propiedades y comportamiento de gases y soldaduras a diferentes temperaturas. Maquinado CNC. Diseño y desarrollo de fixturas. Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y conversación técnica). Competencias: Análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos. Pensamiento crítico y capacidad de diagnóstico. Trabajo en equipo interdisciplinario. Comunicación efectiva (español e inglés). Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
