Empresa Automotriz ND Automotive Systems Mexico SA de CV buscaManufacturing Engineer**Requirements**:Intermediate ExcelAdvanced English (90%)High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in automotive or HVAC systems preferred.Proven experience in maintaining seat comfort systems, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of lumbar support mechanisms, heating and cooling elements, and ventilation technology.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in seat comfort systems.Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics related to seat comfort components.Proven experience in automatic machinesPLC knowledgeKnowledge in electronics, pneumatic, hidraulic and mechanics systems**Activities**:Establish production standard work based product requirementsManaging manufacturing processes based on standard work, such as efficiency, product requirements, norms and automotive standardsOrganize and manage manufacturing workflows and resourcesOptimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and production performanceResolve issues and delays in productionReduce costs and maximize OEE and Quality objectivesTrain staff in new and existing processesEnsure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulationsEstablish a guideline of manufacturing process troubleshooting and repairing equipmentTesting new equipment, processes, procedures and systems**Training/Certifications Required**:Leadership TrainingHidraulic, Neumatic, PLC systemsIATF 16949Manufacturing systemsLean Six SigmaDesign softwaresGD&T**Programming Knowledge Required**:Automatization processIndustrialization processManufacturing methodsDisponibilidad de viajar
