We have a clear purpose as an organization: to provide our customers with cutting-edge solutions to help solve their most critical needs.The company generated 2023 revenues of $3.3 billion and is comprised of three distinct segments:- ** Motion Technologies** ($1.5B revenue) is a global leader in brake pads, shock absorbers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets- ** Industrial Process** ($1.1B revenue) is a global leader in centrifugal and twin-screw pumps for the chemical, energy, mining and industrial marketsITT is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut with over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries and sales in approximately 125 countries.Resumen de Posición:Responsabilidades Esenciales:- Translate user needs and business requirements by writing documentation or editing functional specifications for current systems and reports, system changes, and/or system enhancements; present ideas/solutions focused and concisely.- Lead the effort to reverse engineer the business logic and document the functionality/business rules.- Assess the existing report landscape and identify new opportunities to examine the data.Requisitos del Puesto:- BS/BA degree in Information Systems or related field required or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.- Minimum of 5 years of MS SQL experience: Transact-SQL (T-SQL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).- Proven knowledge and experience in Business Analytic skills.- Experience with process mapping tools.- Demonstrated ability to analyze and design solutions for business processes and to document functional and technical specifications.- Excellent problem-solving, oral and written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.- Strong business acumen, negotiating skills, and analytical thinking.- Must be a team player, tenacious and determined, able to organize diffused ideas, ownership, and have a positive outlook.- Travels 25%.- Location: Based in Nogales Mexico- ENG-SPA
