You will be performing planning, ordering & expediting by ensuring that all purchasing activities are align with corporate policies and procedures.**This position reports to**:Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms.- Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions, Planned orders and in alignment with standard procedures.- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.- Collaborates with sourcing team for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on time-deliver, MOQ, quality, lead-time and expedites.- Resolve invoice discrepancies.- Manages MRP (Material resource planning) exceptions messages daily.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree from and accredited university or college.- 3 years of experience in similar position.- Previous Experience in Planning, Scheduling & Customer Service Roles.- SAP (desirable).- Advanced English.- Strong oral and written communication.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.**More about us**:
