No Relocation Assistance Offered - San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, MexicoThe **Occupational Health Doctor** is responsible to provide the best medical attention to any solicitant user by making every necessary analysis and periodical health checkups mainly supported by the Nurse and based in the current procedures whilst documenting every medical intervention done by elaborating a complete medical history, clinical reports, accidents notifications, etc. with the main purpose of revising Personnel's Health.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and appeal to life support basic and advanced and first aids methods in case of emergencies and/or accidents by establishing handbooks and guidelines with main attention routes as well as a database containing every hospital, physician, contact information in the area with the main objective of preserving employees life integrity.- Perform New Hiring medical exams to every new employee in order to set a record of their health status and be able to provide the correct type of medical assitance in case of emergency.- Audit every procedure and standard used regarding Occupational health, environment, hygiene and security to ensure the maximum efficiency and avoid risks- Keep record of every single medical and health intervention completed, regarding prevention or emergencies.- Ensure confidenciality of any medical note or record obtained in the clinic.- With the support of the Nurse, take note of the vital signs of any patient who assists to medical- If needed, to provide exit pass to the ill person with the only purpose for him/her to attend to the corresponding IMSS Clinic to receive specialized medical attention.- To inform any ill person's boss, leader, Hr Generalist, etc, about his/her condition and the reasons he/she must leave the facilities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s degree in Medicine.- 2 years of experience as Health Doctor for a manufacturing plant.- Knowledge of general medicine, occupational medicine, epidemiology and biostatistics.- Knowledge in interpretation of audiometry and spirometry.- Knowledge in CPR.- Knowledge in ergonomics and labor legislation.- Desirable English intermediate.- Desirable certification in ACLS, ATLS and AHLS.- Desirable certification in Hearing Conservation (CAOHC).- Desirable certification in Spirometry NIOSH or ATS.Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
