**Job Expertise**:- Provide ongoing support to production areas on testing units at various test stations.- Assist production line technicians in identifying and addressing failures due to poor assembly or damaged components, and accurately diagnosing unit failures.- Continuously improve the testing system to address issues related to poor assembly, false “test ok” results, and ensure components meet supplier quality standards.- Introduce and validate new components.- Analyze recurring problems detected on the production lines and use this information to enhance the test system.- Create test master disks as required by client specifications in a timely manner.- Offer technical support at the start of shifts to facilitate smooth line operations.- Support repair and CQC departments with technical issues related to the test system.- Provide analytical diagnoses of various failures associated with the test system.- Verify master disks before their pilot run.- Resolve any issues with the test system during pilot runs for each model.- Validate new components before their introduction into production lines.**Special Knowledge**:- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Visual Studio, Java).- Experience with operating systems administration (e.g., Windows 11, Windows 10, Linux, Unix).- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.- Knowledge of scripting, cloud computing (e.g., AWS).- Experience in software development and implementation.- Familiarity with project development and management.- Skills in installation and maintenance of programs.- Basic understanding of network principles.- Experience in designing and implementing tests.- Ability to diagnose hardware and software defects.- Knowledge of emerging technologies.- Understanding of batch programming logic.**Experience**:- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within electronic equipment-oriented organizations.- Experience in detecting hardware and software failures.- Familiarity with W2k programming and network logic.- Knowledge of Level 5 and Level 3 wiring structures.- Experience with batch programming and various programming languages.**Competencies and Abilities**:- Proficient in English (technical and conversational) with a fluency level of 80% or higher.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to analyze data and solve complex problems.- Demonstrated leadership and proactive attitude.- Effective teamwork skills.- Capability to address daily challenges and work under pressure.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer systems Engineering or a related field.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
