**Job description**Fluency Corp is a privately-owned group of talented instructors that want to take language teaching/executive language coaching (building fluency, polishing, improving communication) to a new level.THIS JOB IS 100% REMOTE.**PLEASE READ TIL END TO BE CONSIDERED.**We not only teach our students through relevant, interesting conversation (as we all learned our first language), but we motivate them to keep learning by communicating with others in the community, and trying new ways to learn that truly boost fluency like TV and making friends. We also give highly customized lessons based on client's job and interests.We are serious about our jobs and care deeply about our students.What we are looking for: energetic, passionate instructors that can engage professionals in meaningful, relevant conversation to build fluency and help them assimilate into their new country.You must:- have 5+ years teaching SPECIFICALLY tutoring Spanish with adults as private clients or small groups at a company, professional lessons- ability to assess your client's needs/goals and decide on a plan of action, filling out a goals form and quarterly progress reports- be always on time (preferably early)- be able to assess the student and found out what is most important and relevant for the lessonsAll materials and books provided that you need for the client, but you choose what is relevant for the client. We have a suggestion list as well.JOB DETAILS:- Clients will sign up for 4, 8 or 12 hours a month on our website TRUFLUENCY.COM.
