From leasing and renewals to maintenance coordination and collections, your focus will be on leading people, strengthening systems, and using data to drive meaningful results.***:**What You'll Do**:**Lead a High-Performing Remote Team**:- Directly manage a team of remote professionals across multiple functions: renewals, collections, utilities, licenses, billing reviews, and work order approvals.- Set clear goals and expectations, while fostering accountability and ownership in a distributed environment.**Build and Improve SOPs**:- Create, document, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency, reduce bottlenecks, and scale operations across a remote infrastructure.**Own the Numbers**:- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure your team is hitting targets. Use data insights to identify issues, surface trends, and recommend improvements.**Collaborate Across Teams**:- Work closely with leasing, maintenance, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and communication across departments.**Coach for Accountability and Growth**:- Provide structured coaching, feedback, and support to help each team member thrive.
