Please visit our website: Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Lead to manage the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems in data center construction projects. This role ensures technical compliance, installation quality, and alignment with international standards and mission‑critical infrastructure needs. Responsibilities Lead the review and coordination of electrical design packages , ensuring conformance with project specifications, client standards, and local regulations. Supervise installation of high-voltage, low-voltage, lighting, emergency, grounding, and backup power systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, commissioning, QA/QC) to resolve site challenges and technical conflicts. Manage electrical inspections, pre-commissioning, and energization plans for infrastructure activation. Support contractor selection and bid leveling processes for electrical scope. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering . 8+ years’ experience in industrial or data center projects. Fluent in English and Spanish . Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, local electrical codes, and electrical testing standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, and Office suite.
