They primarily work in administrative roles and provide support in areas such as marketing, advertising, and media relations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Optimize corporate communication channels- Organize communication flow between the company’s divisions- Build culture through communication initiatives- Prepare and publish weekly/monthly/quarterly company and division updates- Plans communications strategies- Monitors social media and online platforms- Coordinate internal brand and corporate activations, and initiatives,- The job holder needs proven experience in leading the planning and implementing successful communications and engagement strategies and campaigns- Establish and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets to secure coverage of company news and events.- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring that it effectively communicates our values, services, and expertise- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to strengthen the company's brand identity and increase its visibility across various media channels.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field- Excellent Verbal and written skills in Spanish and English- Degree in communications, marketing, digital or similar- Excellent abilities to write and communicate in English and Spanish- 1+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role is a plus in the renewable energy or solar industry.- Have good interpersonal relationships and the ability to interact with other areas- Knowledge of MS Office and G Suite- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Zona de trabajo: Galerias GuadalajaraHorario: Lunes a Viernes 7am a 4pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $6,034.00 - $13,924.91 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Estrategia de redes sociales: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
