**Project Objective**: Work closely with Strategic Planning teams to develop ideas and provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions, supporting key company-wide issues.**Challenges for the Student**: Requires fast-paced learning, disciplined attention to details, and management of various stages in request coordination of different stakeholders.**Main Responsibilities and Activities**:- Work closely with Strategic Planning teams to develop ideas and provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions, supporting key company-wide issues.- Build ideas, consolidate, synthesize, and simplify complex ideas, from single slide production in PowerPoint to customized presentation design, and alternative storytelling solutions such as data visualization.- In team problem-solving, work with stakeholders to craft narratives, owning presentation design/layout, and incorporating incoming feedback.- Partner with consultants to understand their needs and offer solutions, getting support from the extended team and brainstorming ideas together.- Responsible for overall creative quality, reviewing and approving all work.**Required Skills, Competencies, and/or Knowledge**: (To be modified according to the needs and required competencies)- Data storytelling skills, design thinking, creating visuals, charts, and graphics.- Ability to translate complex business ideas and concepts into simple ideas.- Graphic design fundamentals.- Attention to detail, ability to multitask & prioritize.- Student.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (mainly PowerPoint), optional Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Thinkcell.
