**Project Engineer****Tijuana, Baja California Norte****Competitive Salary & excellent benefits package**This role requires knowledge and experience of team leadership, project management, quality assurance, EHS management and continuous improvement tools, ensuring all appropriate resources are focused on the delivery of the strategic projects.**Key Responsibilities**:- Project Engineer needs to build effective partnership with local/ leader and function leaders to effectively implement projects.- Project Engineer will be responsible for leading the project plan to assure all projects are implemented in time and within budget.- Project Engineer must have an excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills to actively engage with peers and Line manager.- Project Engineer must have proven leadership skills to drive project initiatives across the site to help us build desired high performing operation.- Project Engineer must have proven leadership skills to drive project to contribute that all products are manufactured in accordance with our quality standards.- Project Engineer must assure open collaboration with local functions to meet priorities such a safety, quality, service and cost.- Project Engineer will prepare and submit reports as required, such as proposed projects reports, current studies and investigations, validation reports, project status reports, project cost, project timelines, project folders. Develops spreadsheets that define process capabilities.- Project Engineer will prepare Capital Expenditure Requests for new processing equipment, managing budget control for complete project.- Project Engineer can perform IQ/OQ of equipment and infrastructure projects- Lead by example being a role model for Reckitt values and compass.- The duties and responsibilities identified in this position description are considered essential but are not limited to only those outlined. The incumbent may perform other functions that may be assigned. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time.**Qualifications**:- 3 years minimum experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvements and Factory Compliance- Experience with Office Toolkit, Problem solving, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Powerbi, and VSU knowledge.- Fluent in English and Spanish**Equality**:At Reckitt, we recognise that in real life, great people don’t always ‘tick all the boxes’.
