SOLICITUD DE BÚSQUEDA DE PERSONAL/**PUESTO**: ACCOUNTING ANALYST**DEPARTAMENTO**: FINANCEDESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO Y RESPONSABILIDADES**DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO**:Responsable de desarrollar la estrategia de las marcas a cargo e implementar planes de marketing para el cumplimiento de objetivos, adaptando la propuesta global a la realidad del mercado.Deberá diseñar y ejecutar el plan de marketing para crear valor de marca, buscando el crecimiento de las mismas, la excelencia en su implementación y asegurando la rentabilidad del negocio.El rol requiere liderazgo, profundo conocimiento del negocio, visión estratégica, capacidad analítica, creatividad, y la atención al detalle propia del manejo de marcas de lujo, así también como habilidades interpersonales para relacionarse e inspirar a perfiles dentro y fuera de la compañía.**RESPONSABILIDADES**:- Registrar pólizas de ingresos, egresos y diario- Amarre de saldos y depuración de saldos- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias- Análisis de cuentas de impuestos.- Análisis de cuentas por cobrar.- Análisis de cuentas por pagar.- Análisis de costos- Inventarios- Valoración de cuentas por cobrar y por pagar al mes.- Amarres de deudas intercompañía y bancaria.- Registros de nóminas.- Elaborar cedulas analíticas e integraciones de cuentas de balance y resultados- Realizar distribución de gastos e ingresos por centro de costos- Levantamiento y registro de provisión de ingresos y egresos mensuales- Seguimiento a la integración de las cuentas del módulo de orden a cobro mediante la emisión de los reportes correspondientes para cumplir con los indicadores del negocio.- Información para las auditorias internas y externas, entregando los soportes, evidencia y documentación requerida según proceda para cumplir con los tiempos establecidos dentro del plan de auditoria.- Análisis de información correspondientes, identificando los principales impactos en los indicadores de la compañía y generando planes de acción requeridos para la corrección de los mismos.PERFIL Y COMPETENCIAS NECESARIAS**PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO**: Licenciatura en contabilidad o afín Experiência mínima de 2 años (deseable) SAP Programas deseables: Excel nível tablas dinámicas. Alta capacidad de análisis Inglés: Intermedio B1**COMPENTENCIAS GENERALES**: Visión estratégica y capacidad analítica. Orientado a resultados. Atención al detalle. Habilidad de project management.
