**Asistente de Comprador****Asistir a los compradores estratégicos en sus tareas diarias como por ejemplo y no limitadas a: creación de órdenes de compra, ajuste de precios y otros acuerdos comerciales que deban ser documentados en SAP, extensiones de ordenes de compra entre plantas, así como otras tareas misceláneas que el comprador estratégico deba asignarle para contribuir en las metas de la compañía.**:**Habilidades requeridas**:- Inglés en un nível de 80%.- Experiência no necesaria.- Habilidad y conocimiento en Microsoft office (Excel, Word y Power point).- Trabajo en equipo.- Comunicación oral y verbal en español e inglés.- Trabajo bajo presión.- Disponible a trabajar en cualquier opción de turno.- Puntualidad- Disponibilidad para dar asistencia a cualquier escritorio en caso de ser requerido.**Funciones Generales**:- Dirigir actividades para resolución de problemas de entrega de material con sentido de urgencia y dar seguimiento hasta que sean resueltos (si aplica).- Documentar y rastrear compras con distribuidores y manufactureros: deltas, cotizaciones, sourcing material, negociación con proveedores. Envío de RFQs. Juntas semanales con proveedores para seguimiento de cotizaciones. Creación de Spot buys y Scheduling agreements.- Envío de Spot buys y Scheduling Agreements al menos un día después de su creación incluyendo información correcta: precios, vendors, cantidad, planta, números de parte (Aptiv y de proveedor).- Confirmación de precios a PLPL, ventas y supervisor.- Soporte para plantas que requieran partes, seguimiento y juntas con el equipo. Proveer soporte en documentación para aprobación de Spot buys con el equipo de aprobadores de SCM. Negociar con manufactureros/distribuidores mejores términos de compra (Precio, Termino de Pagos, Lead Time, etc ) Procesar reportes y tracker de requerimientos como sea requerido por buyer y su supervisor.- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos: 0 No conformidades con BSI, Control interno, auditorías internas de EOS y clientes.
