**Escentials functions:Through the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, he is responsible for the implementation and improvement of product-related processes, development of procedures and participating in audits of the quality system.- **Specific Responsibilities:- Perform the activities assigned in the absence of the Quality Manager.- Review customer complaints analyze product returned by the customer and make recommendations for corrective actions.- Update Department Procedures. Quality Assurance when required.- Continuous Improvement in product related processes.- Work with the Engineering department to develop simpler and more efficient testing methods.- Monitor manufacturing processes through tours or audits, to ensure that the Processes are followed and there are no deviations which affect the quality of the product.- Stay flexible in daily activities so that any quality problem is addressed as they arise.- Perform other activities designated by the Quality Assurance Manager.- Work safely promoting the health and well-being of associates and the environment, complying with all MASS rules and regulations and with the instructions of their superior.- Report to your supervisor all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and injury-free accidents.- Promote the use and use of ABS tools established in their work areas (Autonomous Maintenance, Order and Cleaning, Help Chain, among others).- Contribute to Continuous Improvement through the suggestion and / or implementation of improvements in your area.- Comply with the quality policy by complying with daily activities that directly or indirectly impact the provision of the product or service.- **Experience:- 2 years minimum in similar position.- Document Development (Procedures, Work Inst.)- Leadership.- **Education:- Professional Career Industrial Engineering or to order.- **Knowledge:- International Standard ISO 9001 and / or AS9100.- Use and management of measuring equipment.- Use and management of computer packages (basic).- Advanced English.- Quality System Audits.- **Authority:Have the authority to stop a process that does not meet the product specifications,Notifying affected personnel.
