**Location** Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico**Job ID** R- **Date posted** 25/06/2025**Typical Accountabilities**:- Responsible for finishing the tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.- Responsible to solve SAP issues reported by the business users (Incident Management)- Responsible for proactively working with business users for identifying and resolving recurring issues.- Owner of certain specialized processes within broader domain area eg. Interfacing to 3rd party systems, etc.- Ability to drive conversations with business users to understand requirements, prepare high level solutions and estimations.**Essential Qualifications**:- At least 1 or 3 years of demonstrable experience as functional consultant in respective work stream and knowledge in configuration and maintenance of SAP systems on Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing and Special Ledger)- Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional specifications and design documents.- Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.- Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.- Ability drive conversations with business users to understand requirements, prepare high level solutions and estimations.- Exposure is crucial to customized SAP environments and working on collaborate with Non SAP systems.- Understanding of integration of SAP modules in End-to-end business processes- Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.- Ability to work in large and teams with varied strengths.- Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.- Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment.- Should be able to guide and mentor junior members of the team.- Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.- Experience of various Estimation Techniques needed- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.- Proactive approach to problem solving.- Experience working in a globally distributed team- English language fluency**Desirable Qualifications**:- Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.- Exposure is critical to customized SAP environments and working on collaborate with Non SAP systems.- Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.- Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements.
