At Marsh, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion power us to do what we do best: protect and promote possibility by helping colleagues and clients grow and communities thrive.- We are a people business and we build genuine relationships founded on trust.**We will count on you to**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.- Sit on global marketing user and steering groups to knowledge share and lead the local implementation of innovative ideas, best practices, and platforms.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in campaign execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing automation platform.**What you need to have**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.- High proficiency in English.- Minimum 2 years proven successful experience in similar role.- Excellent presentation skills to showcase results and develop non digital marketing teams understanding of digital marketing best practices.- Strong customer orientation.- Strong project management (AGILE) skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.- Data driven: Analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**What makes you stand out?**- Experience in collaborating for insurance, consulting or financial companies is highly desirable.- Understanding and/or experience or certification of marketing automation platforms (e. g.
