Our purpose is to create A Better Tomorrow by Building a Smokeless World.****To achieve our ambition, we are looking for colleagues who are ready to join us on this journey Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together****British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for Industrial Relations Intern in Monterrey****Your key responsibilities will include.**- Purchase Orders creation to pay BAT suppliers.- Index receipts & secure the payment to labor unions around México.- Management of the professional program assistance (PPA) for employees at BAT.- Dashboard creation, data update & analysis of the PPA benefit for employees.- Share & create communications for the PPA and Organize digital talks to motivate utilization.- Update regularly the active union worker list and Register new labor unions & suppliers at BAT.- Suppliers Document verification to comply with the article #15 of the L.F.T. about specialized product & service suppliers.- Monthly reports to get the documentation needed and Union labor contract management & organization.- Generate DC formats from SIRCE about BAT employees trained during the year.**What are we looking for?**- Student of Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or any related field.- Graduation date for June 2026 to 2027.- Microsoft Office intermediate (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc).- Power BI & dashboard creation.- Results oriented, resilient & responsible.- Creative, design skills, proactivity & auto-administration.- Organization and project follow up.- Curiosity & learning interest- Communication skills & fluent English.**What we offer you?**- **Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives**:- **Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
