Company Description**Job Description**:**Shape the future**Develop and implement a plan for each project that complies with the Project management procedures established by Bosch and with the development plans of each client.Monitoring and compliance with strategies, structuring timelines identifying the critical path, key events (milestones) and indicators.Collect individual tasks, leagues, duration and resources needed to meet project deadlines, as well as identify and validate with all team members.Obtain organizational approval for the project. Ensure compliance with the target cost and quality for the projectEnsure that the cost is not out of control, according to the objectives set in the Business Plan.**Take responsability**Ensure the progress of each of the tasks within the project in daily meetings under the Safe Launch War Room methodology.Keep the project within the plan through continuous monitoring, according to the needs of the project and/or its progress.Coordinate the transfer of information to team members inside and outside the plant.Initiate and coordinate activities to overcome project obstacles and time constraints.Greater team effectiveness.Prepare the communication of the team with the internal client, and the management levels and directors.Provide project status, including departmental task closure reports.
