El Ingeniero Senior de Manufactura diseña, mejora y optimiza procesos de manufactura para garantizar eficiencia, calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de costos, actuando como referente técnico dentro del área. Acerca De Tu Puesto Liderar proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos productivos. Definir y validar procesos, layouts, balanceos de línea y tiempos estándar. Soportar la introducción de nuevos productos y cambios de ingeniería. Analizar indicadores de desempeño (OEE, scrap, eficiencia, costos). Amplio Conociemento y experiencia en Implementar herramientas Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED). Desarrollar y capacitar a ingenieros junior y técnicos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad. Acerca De Tu Perfil Ingeniería Mecatronica, Mecánica, Manufactura o afín. Experiencia mínima de 7 años en ingeniería de manufactura. Sólida experiencia en mejora continua y procesos productivos. Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma (certificación deseable). Inglés intermedio–avanzado. Experiencia en ambientes de alto volumen y/o industria regulada (deseable). Competencias Clave Pensamiento analítico y solución de problemas. Liderazgo técnico. Orientación a resultados. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva. Proactividad y enfoque a mejora continua.
