We have a presence in the national and international market, offering added value and solutions to IT consulting processes, talent attraction, testing manufacturing, custom projects and development center.At Getecsa, our main objective is to offer services with a high sense of quality so that our business partners can achieve their objectives in an agile and quality manner so that they are highly satisfied with our support.Candidacy:We are currently looking for a **Salesforce QA Lead **with at least 8 years of experience in **Quality Assurance **to work with one of our main clients in Aguascalientes.**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.- Language: Advanced English proficiency (verbal), with the ability to create clear written documentation.- Certifications: Relevant QA certifications are preferred but not mandatory**Technical Skills**:- 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance.- At least 2 years in a leadership role.- Experience in test automation.- QA methodologies.- Strong knowledge of testing tools such as ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.- Expertise in Test Strategy Development and Test Effort Estimation- Strong proficiency in Test Case and Test Scenario Development**Job Functions**:- Lead the QA efforts, providing guidance on QA best practices.- Develop and implement Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.- Estimate test efforts and allocate resources effectively.- Manage and track defects using tools such as JIRA.- Ensure high-quality test execution using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with Lean Agile methodologies.- Provide detailed status reports and maintain documentation on testing processes.- Advise on the continuous improvement of QA processes and techniques.**We Offer**:- Face-to-Face Modality, Aguascalientes.- 100% Payroll- Benefits above law- Monitoring, clarity and honesty in the processes.- Kindness and empathy.
