Jr Superintendent

**How you will make a**difference?**:- Full responsible for shift supervisors’ team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost.- Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.- Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.- Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.- Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.- Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.- Trains new unit personnel as required.- Communicates for basic alignment with planning.- Performs these and other duties as assigned.**What will make you**successful**:**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar.**Language**:- English- Overall / Fluent (is a must)**Experience and**Aptitudes**:- Strong leader who can motivate people. Is a must- High energy, proactive attitude. Is a must- Lean knowledge +- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication (oral, written, listening) skills.- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.- Computer skills- Excellent organization skills and able to multitask on different projects and adaptable to change.- Strong negotiation skills- Availability to travel (valid Passport and US Visa desirable)
