Overview Buscamos un Ingeniero de Software Full-Stack Senior con experiencia en fintech, servicios financieros y crypto, que participe activamente en el diseño, desarrollo y escalamiento de productos tecnológicos de misión crítica. El rol requiere ownership total, mentalidad result-driven y comodidad trabajando en un entorno de startup de alto crecimiento, aprovechando herramientas de IA para iterar con velocidad y calidad. Responsibilities Diseñar e implementar soluciones full-stack escalables y seguras. Modelar el negocio en entidades de bases de datos, asegurando consistencia, performance y mantenibilidad. Desarrollar interfaces con diseño responsivo, orientadas a una excelente experiencia de usuario. Colaborar con producto y diseño (Figma) para transformar requerimientos en soluciones técnicas. Implementar y mantener integraciones backend orientadas a flujos financieros y transaccionales. Participar activamente en CI/CD, testing automatizado y despliegues en la nube. Utilizar herramientas de IA para acelerar desarrollo, revisión de código y pruebas. Nivel Senior con experiencia comprobable como Full-Stack Engineer. Experiencia en fintech, productos financieros o crypto. Sólida experiencia modelando dominio de negocio y bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL). Experiencia en entornos startup: autonomía, responsabilidad y enfoque en resultados. Mentalidad AI-Native y uso activo de herramientas de IA en el flujo de trabajo. Frontend: Vue 3, Nuxt, Phoenix (deseable / integración con backend) Testing & Calidad Diseño & Herramientas IDE con IA: Cursor, VS Code, Copilot, Claude, Antigravity, Figma Base de datos Elixir, Principios SOLID, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Arquitectura Hexagonal Modalidad Alto nivel de ownership Enfoque result-driven Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas con impacto en negocio Cómodo trabajando con sistemas financieros críticos Mentalidad de mejora continua y aprendizaje constante #J-18808-Ljbffr
