Position: Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring that client objectives are met through an effective service. This role interfaces with clients and consultants at all project stages and manages project schedules, budgets, contractors and vendors. Responsibilities Manage schedule and budgets, general contractor and direct‑contracted vendors and consultants. Review construction, correct and assess work‑in‑place, approve capital expenditure spends and revise cost estimates prepared by contractors. Plan, organise, schedule, direct and control delivery of the project on time. Run and lead client meetings, present updates, and report to the global team. Manage risks, maintain the risk register, facilitate risk workshops. Monitor construction costs and report on key data. Issue reports, run field‑site quality control, support design management and engineering decisions. Advocate for the client during disputes, change orders, and modifications. Track critical milestones to prevent schedule slip and ensure equipment meets the project schedule. Lead value engineering sessions and oversee transfer of building operations to the client. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager. Sector experience (e.g., industrial, manufacturing, hospitality/interiors, retail). Experience in commissioning and LEED projects is a plus. Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status. Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level. PMI or equivalent certification is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM. Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations. Management experience and ability to lead a team and deliver on revenue, resource and priority targets. Good knowledge of health and environmental safety in construction.
